So that’s pretty much all the power you need: CHOICE!
When it comes to hitting your health and fitness goals, you have to align those CHOICES with what you want.
I’m talking everyday choices like:
Do I workout or not workout today?What should I eat today?Should I have wine or no wine?Do I shower love on myself or a little cruelty?Have I put joy in my day or dread?
