A critical practice for feeling joyful, fulfilled and confident is “cleaning out” the bad or negative thoughts, habits and behaviors that can slowly build up in your life.
You have to self evaluate on a regular basis and clear out the clutter, dirt, dander and “crap” that holds you back from living your best life.
It’s hard to know why you don’t feel your best when you don’t make a conscious, consistent effort to look in the mirror.
Look at your daily practices and how you respond to emotional ups and downs in order to keep improving.
