Only about 10% of the population actually loves to workout. It’s really an acquired taste if you ask me.
The more you do it, the more you like it.
So the question is not, “how can I stay motivated to workout”?
It’s really, “how can I do it more often so that I begin to enjoy it”?
Or at the very least, dread it less.
Forcing yourself to exercise is not a good strategy for long term success.
The best long term strategy is to “develop a fitness philosophy” that makes this activity a part of your beliefs and values.
