There is no way of escaping your current reality but you can begin creating a new one.
Trying to hide from your reality is pointless because your thoughts and emotions live inside of you.
Distractions Are A Tease
Trying to numb your thoughts and emotions with distractions is just a tease and only delays your ability to achieve what you want.
Step Into Your Reality & Create What You Desire
It’s time to step into your reality and truly evaluate what brings you joy and fulfillment or what is suppressing it.
Then, you have 2 choices to create the reality you desire, you can change your attitude or your environment.
Change Your Attitude
Sometimes you have to live with your current situation until you can slowly work your way into a new state of health, career or emotional wellbeing. Creating a more positive and optimistic attitude while you work towards what you want allows you to feel more joyful and engaged in your everyday life. There’s no point in having a bad attitude, it doesn’t make the situation any better. You get to choose how you’ll think and feel each and every day.
Change Your Environment
Whenever possible, you should consider changing your environment to create a more joyful and fulfilling reality. This could include the people you hang out with, books you read, shows you watch, mentors you choose and places you go.
Take a moment today and do a reality and gut check. If you aren’t happy with the reality of your health, work, relationships, personal fulfillment or emotionally wellbeing, it’s time to do something about it.
