This week I got to sit up close and personal with a woman I admire and is an inspiration to so many.

Mandy just hit her 20-year anniversary as a fitness and wellness expert and she is celebrating her newest book, Yogalosophy for Inner Strength: 12 weeks to heal your heart and embrace joy.
I wanted to get an exclusive with Mandy to talk about her latest book and to share her incredible insights and wisdom with all of you!

We must move toward our pain and struggles in order to overcome them and gain inner strength from them. The longer we bury our emotions, our fears and pain…the longer we suffer and inhibit our personal growth.
